It's Official Tom McClintock is headed to Congress

TheHill.com is reporting that Charlie Brown has conceded in his
race against Tom McClintock to represent California’s 4th
Congressional District. This is the seat that Rep. John Doolittle
retired from. This is not a gain for House Republicans but it does
mean that there will not be one more new vote for Speaker Pelosi in
the upcoming Congress.
